We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Xi’an! The location is very convenient – close to the metro and a large shopping center, with plenty of small eateries nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, yet still not far from the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished in a very cozy and comfortable style. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt at home during our stay. A special thanks goes to the host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we planned to go up Mount Huashan, he checked the weather forecast, contacted the administration, and informed us that the mountain was closed – something we would never have known otherwise. We are so grateful for his care and for making our temporary home feel so welcoming.

The house is very nice, with beautiful gardens and water features, very close to the subway, and it is convenient to take the subway to various scenic spots. The transportation is very convenient, and across the street is a large shopping center. There are many restaurants around, the most famous of which are Huang Jia Pao Mo and Zhu XiuYing Bang Bang Rou. The community environment is great, developed by Sunac China, which is the largest high-end community developer in China. The property management is particularly good, and 24-hour security is on duty. The community is very safe, and you can rest well at night. Come back later.

We only spent one night here, you need much more time to properly explore Xian as it is huge! The hotel was amazing, we only paid 11£ for the night but it was great! Subway is about 10-15minutes walk from the hotel.

Great house, new high-end community, well decorated new house, beautiful community environment, there is also a free badminton court downstairs, and children's playground facilities. Convenient transportation, located near the West Second Ring Road in Xi'an, allows access to major areas of the city from elevated bridges. The house itself is located in the ruins of the Han Dynasty imperial palace - Weiyang Palace, a site dating back over 2000 years. The famous Taiao Plaza and Wanda Plaza shopping centers are located over 700 meters away in a straight line, with hundreds of restaurants and plenty of food to eat at midnight. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, the owner is very friendly, the house is also very clean, and I am very satisfied.

From start to end you won’t be disappointed with this stay. Your host is literally at your call to assist in coordinating everything smoothly and with the objective to making your stay in Xi’an easy and one to remember. The location is second to none, right in the heart of food and shopping. The markets around the accommodation have some great art, trinkets, traditional food and the mall. Located near the southern gate, you are t far from anything and taxis, tuk tuks or DiDi isn’t far away. The layout is suitable for groups and families with two showers and bathroom for convenience. The loft area holds a sitting area with a room with two large double beds. Downstairs has the bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms each with large double beds and a common area with table, couch and tv. The beds are large with enough heating and cooling to keep you rested and comfortable. The kitchen holds a functioning oven, cooktop and microwave with washing machine. Of course our host went above and beyond making our stay wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was very kind and welcoming. Whenever I had questions, she was always ready to help and provided clear answers. The cost-performance ratio is off the charts!A big thumbs up!The environment is great,and the location is excellent with everything you need for dining right downstairs,making it very suitable for friends and couples to stay.The room is consistent with the pictures,very cozy,and I really like the decorative style.The facilities and layout are exquisite,but the projector and air conditioner remote control are not very sensitive.The sound insulation is good,transportation is convenient,and the bed is comfortable,ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.The host is also very enthusiastic,sending detailed location information in advance.The hygiene is okay,but there's still some trash from the previous guests that wasn't cleaned up properly,so a bit more attention to detail would be great.It would also be better if disposable items could be provided!This might be the last time I stay with my boyfriend before ending our long-distance relationship,and I hope the first night after ending the distance will also be here.Very satisfied with the accommodation experience.

    The apartment was really nice. It had two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and washing machine, a living room, and well-working air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds. Metro is within walkable distance but maybe just a bit too far when you have luggage. Staff was friendly and spoke some English.
