The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

I highly recommend this aparthotel. The location is exceptional, the apartments are comfortable, there is coffee, tea, a hairdryer with all the necessary accessories. Excellent attention from the reception staff. A very good and comfortable heating system is installed throughout the hotel - we visited for New Year's and it was relevant. We visited for a whole week - we really liked everything. We would love to come back.

Clean, very good condition, well equipped and the welcome basket was such a lovely treat. Perfect pillows and toiletries. You don’t really need anything else to be comfortable. The man who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely stay here for two weeks.

Everything We were three families traveling together, and we can 100% recommend this hotel – especially for families. It’s comfortable, clean, right by the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were simply amazing – always ready to help with anything we needed. If you wish, they can also assist with arranging taxi services. Our flight was at night, and drivers were already waiting to pick us up at the airport. From the moment of booking, they responded quickly and explained everything in detail – the location, the conditions, and more. We are extremely grateful and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

    I loved everything about his property. It was so clean, had everything you need such as; washing machine, cooker, iron, ironing board etc we checked in quite late and the staff were very accommodating which I appreciate as we had a small baby! There’s 2 mini supermarkets round the corner walking distance (we actually enjoyed the walk nearly every day) we met the loveliest family’s that were staying in the other apartments and my kids had an absolute ball!! We were so sad to go!

    Very comfortable apartment in a nice area. The pool is clean and in the central part of the building. For that reason one part of the pool is always in the shade. There is enough parking space within the facility.

    The apartment is located in a quiet area not far from the city center and was equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Extra bonus the pool which our son really enjoyed. Parking inside the apartment complex. They even let us check out late something that was much appreciated as our flight was late afternoon.. many thanks
