We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the room was very clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The living room was spacious, perfect for family gatherings, and convenient for drying clothes or opening large suitcases. The highlight of our stay was the staff. Every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about providing excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, we felt genuinely welcomed. We can only say it was wonderful! This stay left us extremely satisfied, and we will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is just next to the Charles Bridge, the location is very good. Even though we arrived late at the hotel we could check in by ourselves. Everything works with the codes and this helps a lot. The room, bed, and bathroom were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. When we visit Prague, it was around -5 degrees but our room was very warm. They thought about every detail in the room: The coffee machine, iron and ironing board, etc. You have your little kitchen in the room, if you want to prepare your meals, you have the necessary items. Reception is 10 minutes of walking distance. At the reception, Katerina was very friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't speak English, we got along. We would definitely recommend this hotel and visit it again.
