Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it.
