The landlord was very warm and welcoming, which is especially important during the cold German winter! She recommended many nearby restaurants, breakfast cafés, and shopping centers. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We only used two rooms, but in fact, this apartment is perfect for a family with 2-3 children. When we booked, we transferred a **€250** deposit to the landlord via bank transfer. After we checked out, we received the refund within **1-2 days** (also via bank transfer).

Location is super if one would like to mix a city visit to Nürnberg with walking, cycling or reading in the countryside. The apartment is better equipped, than I expected based on size. The tiny kitchen incorporates not only a combined micro/oven/grill appliance, but also a small dishwasher. We found dishwasher liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, etc., even coffee to our first coffee in the apartment. The bathroom is also well equipped, the shower is large. The design is modern but cosy, the furniture is comfortable. Trash is collected selective. :) The host family is a very kind young couple, they were ready to help, if we needed something. The apartment is in the attic, please consider the stairs up to the 2nd floor. Guest parking place in the yard.

    Excellent accommodation and a nice friendly host (who speaks good English!) as well. The apartment has everything you need. Fun detail: Our toddler lost a toy on our departure day and we went to pick it up later, it was neatly packed and even had a tiny gift along. Wow and thanks! The apartment has a powerful two-unit air conditioning to provide a good night's sleep even in the mid of summer. Will absolutely visit again.

    The owner Rainer, meet us just at arrival and was all smiles and happiness. The apartment is in the basement of the house, but it has literally everything you need. This is the perfect stopover on your journey, or for a few days stop as well. We highly recommend it.

    I spent 3 days at Nurnberg Covention Center and I chose this very nice fully serviced apartment in Roth, which is only 25 min away. The apartment is new, clean, stilish and has all (I mean really all) comforts! It is not in the city center, but it is a very quiet place. Great breakfast provided every day. Roth has a very nice Castle to vist and good restaurants as well.

    Hallo Michael and Tanja, Once again thank you for letting us stay in your Apartment. It was a very nice duration being there though the time went by very fast. The Apartment was very clean and had everything there, though we missed the iron to iron the clothes, it was so nice of you to offer us your own for the time we were there. Thanks for your kindness.     The host is super nice and thoughtful. He cared about everything to be in the apartment for you: the shampoo, toothpaste, bread, milk eggs, and other snacks. Though we brought our own food, we didn't think about the beer, and it came in handy! It's super clean and the fireplace is awesome.
