The apartment was excellent, very clean with quality kitchen utilities; great, spaceous bathroom, sauna with different settings, as well as an excellent mattress for a restful sleep after a day's exploration of the island. The owner was very friendly, making us feel really welcome. She handed us the key cards at arrival (additional to the option of using an app) and gave us information about guest cards for the island (checked at the entrance of some beaches), and additional facilities like a gym (we unfortunately couldn't use because our stay was not long enough).

After watching The Reluctant Traveler, I became mildly obsessed with Sylt, a magical island of wellness and wind-swept healing. When burnout RSVP’d to my birthday, I finally booked the trip. Enter: Hotel Stadt Hamburg Sylt, Apartment Edition. I’m a picky traveler (read: I treat hotel hunting like an Olympic sport), but this place? Exceeded all expectations. ✨ Stylish monochrome design 🛁 Dreamy rain shower 🛋️ Unique, spacious layout 🧘 Spa so good I considered writing Florian into my will It was cozy, beautiful, and close to everything. My husband and I left with fuller hearts. So thank you, Hotel Stadt Hamburg. You weren’t just a stay. You were a deep, healing sigh. 🥰

    Communication was spot on from initial booking to the day of arrival, our apartment was ready ahead of schedule and this was communicated efficiently. Spotlessly clean accommodation with a nice living/dining area, small kitchen (no traditional oven) but fridge, hob and dishwasher, beds were fine as was the bathroom. Location is around a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Would certainly stay stay here again.
