Absolutely a fantastic hotel booked as it was my mother's 1st time in benidorm staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us as she was using a mobility scooter due to her lack of mobility will most definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning everything that we needed was in the apartment television was easy to use with an explanation on how to change from Spanish language to English only down side was housekeeping didn't appear during our stay so had to ask for towels and told to buy toilet paper but all in all had a fantastic stay

Location is very center. Apartment is clean, owner is very accomodating after a 3 hour flight delay, he met with the keys without issue at 2am. Communication throughout was very good.

    The apartment is in an excellent location meters from the sea and close to the old town. We liked it being on the first floor (of 19) so easy to walk up and down instead of waiting for the lift (which was actually mainly very quick). The pool is great, open from 10.30 till 7. The flat is per the pictures, spacious, lovely balcony, aircon and fans which are needed in the summer. It's a rental flat so not overly homely but had (nearly) everything we needed. Well thought out kitchen equipment.

    Marina was an amazing host and her communication before arrival was 10/10 She greeted us and the property was so easy to find with her instructions. She answered all my questions. We had to leave a little earlier than we initially stated so we never got to say goodbye.... However Just want to personally thank Marina for letting us stay in her perfect holiday apartment. It was genuinely in the best location and would book again.

    Easy to communicate with the rental company. Spacious modern apartment. Very modern everything you could need was provided. very close to the beach also close to bars and restaurants. Even though it is on Calle Gerona it was very quiet no street noise and no noise from other apartments. the free parking was an added bonus very rare in such a central location.

    The apartment has everything required to do self catering stay. Good shower, comfy bed, decent seating area and patio. door with balcony. Wi-Fi good. 2mins to old town or beach. Laundry are very useful. Olimpio the host, kindly allowed me to call earlier than check in time to drop a small bag as travelling along coast. Lovely lady. It is a basic holiday apartment but very functional. It was good value so would certainly use again.
