We had a lovely two bed apartment in a separate complex of buildings (apart from the hotel area), very well equipped with anything you need for everyday living and dining, a comfortable sleeping bed. The location is perfect, close to the sea and a long pedestrian zone overlooking the sea. Free access to the big pool. We also had a direct access to a smaller semi-private pool just in front of the apartment. The common areas are full of green plants and trees and are very well maintained. There is a very convenient bus stop 5 min away with regular connections to Las Palmas, the airport and Maspalomas. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment good for family or couple stay. Good internet, kitchen facilities, bed, and air conditioning. The swimming pool is spotless and pleasant as well. Internal supermarket with reasonable prices. If you need something not found, there are two other supermakets 2 min walk. The kids seem very happy in the hotel as well

I really liked the interior and design of the apartment. It had a great and calming vibe. It was situated in a calm small city, close to the center of Maspalomas. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. It was a very good place to relax, after visiting hectic tourist centers. We felt welcome and the host was very helpful.

    The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa, so it was more comfortable than the average holiday apartment. The private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture was a bonus. The location, close to the beach, shopping centre and the bus stop was very convenient. The housekeeping service was very good.

    It's a beautiful apartment in a great location, there's lots of really nice restaurants around nearby. Room was perfectly clean, I didn't use many of the facilities because I had a short stay, but the room itself was very nice. The balcony is pretty big, the one I had got a lot of sunlight and had a good view too. Tons of parking spots around the hotel as well.

    We loved the flat and the beautiful view & the attention to detail. The apartment is very cozy, clean, quiet, and fully equipped (soaps, towels, washing machine, bathrobes, beachtowels, beachchairs, full kitchen..) The host was very kind and welcoming. We hope to return one day!

    Very nice and spacious studio apartment with big balcony which had sun beds, sea view and a lot of sunlight. Small kitchen with utensils to cook a simple meal. Great breakfast at the Orchid hotel facilities, also several pools and many different facilities available to use in shared hotels property operated by BLUE TUI. Nice are for taking a walk by sea shore, good choice of restaurants near by in a lovely square. Friendly staff, 1.5 liter drinking water bottle delivered to room every day.

    The flat has recently been remodeled, everything is new and it has been decorated very tastefully. There’s everything you need and the size of the apartment was perfect for me. The location is great, calm area but still very close (5 minutes walk) to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. On top of that Pippa is a super friendly, stayed here for 5 nights and found it absolutely perfect for me!

    Very good position in San Agustin, about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nicely appointed. Very clean. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious on the ground floor with a balcony area and an area at the front with sun beds. Good self catering facilities - onen grill 2 hot plates, kettle, toaster, pots pans etc. , fridge freezer etc.Good WiFi in lounge, Tv with English channels. Good hot water. Shops restaurants a few minutes walk away. Friendly service. Nice small pool with sun beds.

    Great location overlooking the beach. Apartments face south west so balcony was a sun trap with all day sun. We had the studio apartment on the 4th floor, spacious with lovely walk in shower, comfortable bed and all the cooking facilities you need. Fresh bread was available in the morning at reception and the SPAR supermarket is only a 2 min walk away with everything you need. Really enjoyed this place and would recommend it for a peaceful stay.
