New apartments in recently built building. Everything is new and modern. The location was perfect for us, close to the "City of Arts and Sciences". The staff is very friendly and polite, even if they face a difficult client like me (who doesn't want to share his credit card number with receptionists)

It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

Truly amazing. Remarkable service. Super friendly receptionist Paul (I hope I didn't forget his name; it was a young man in glasses). He helped a lot with many things: He showed us where the parking entrance is and found a perfect spot for our big SUV car. He also showed us on a map all the attractions nearby and local specials. Room: There is a lot of space for two adults and two kids. Everything you need is there. The perfect location is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and there is a small shop across the street.

    For me the ideal accommodation for a week in Valencia. 5min bike ride to the beach, very close to metro station Maritim and even closer to tram station Francesc Cubells. Perfectly equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, yoga studio etc. just around the corner. Slight noise from the apartment next door, but no problem for me. Thanks so much, will be back for sure!

    An adequate size studio apartment for a short stay. The kitchenette is adequately stocked with even a dishwasher ( but without dish washing tablets) and the apartment is modern and clean. It will be helpful if there is some information on transportation to places of interest and nearest supermarket etc.

    Beautiful modern apartment in the very centre of Valencia old town. Lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep. We had a beautiful small balcony looking onto the street. Great self catering facilities. Amazing tapas bar next door and bakery for breakfast only 2 minutes away. Great being able to leave luggage as we had a late flight home. Would definitely book again.

    Really nice place, especially for couples looking for a city break in València. The studio apartment is well-equipped, with flat-screen TVs—one on the ground floor and another above the bed on the first floor. Good kitchen appliances are provided. The apartment is a decent size, not too big, not too small. As for the surroundings, Ayora metro station is nearby (3 minutes away), and it's a 25-minute walk to the lovely València beaches. The host is really kind and reachable. Definitely worth it!"

    The host was very responsive to messages and the apartment/studio was very comfortable for a short stay. It's not in the middle of any highly significant sights so it's quiet at night. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets which are not packed with tourists, a win in my view. There's a bike rental place on the corner 50mt from the door, which is the best way to get to all the sights.
