The staff was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and even allowed us an early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. It is easy to contact the staff via whatsapp when we have queries. The whole 5th floor Bob W. Many rooms on the same floor but it is quiet. The underfloor heating in bathroom is good. All the facilities are easy to use. The cafe for having breakfast is just next to Bob W. Although it is simple breakfast, the quality and taste are good. It is just 5 minutes from Metro and 15 minutes to the pier for taking ferry to Soumenlinna. There is a big supermarket at the basement of Metro station. It opens till 10pm.

I like everything! The host was nice and even allowed me to check out a few hours late. The location was great, just a few steps to the mall. I would have loved it a bit more if there are more playgrounds in the area (there was one small playground nearby and a playroom inside the mall which unfortunately was under renovation when we stayed). This minor comment shouldn't stop you from staying here. I highly recommend!
