Great, little shaded patio for having breakfast and relaxing in the evening. Menton is a beautiful place but lots of steps involved! The manager of the apartment was friendly and attentive, helpfully arranging transport from the airport. Apartment is centrally located between both train stations for visiting Monaco, Juan le Pins etc...and going to Italy for the rest of our holiday. Host met us out the front of the property, upstairs there was coffee, tea and other snacks for us. 2 nice balconies with views of each side.
