The apartment is really marvellous, clean, equipped with everything we needed for our short stay, beds were very comfortable. The owner Elena is very nice and helpful, communication with her without any problem. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Everything. Host could not have been more helpful from the moment she was waiting for us to arrive and hand over keys. Particularly loved the coffee pods and machine, well equipped kitchen and excellent shower. I would recommend this to any single or couple staying in Montpelier. Without hesitation. Fabulous place.

I absolutely loved my stay in this stunning apartment, It’s simply faultless. It’s cleverly designed, modern but with a feel of a traditional French character property. The lounge area has a great corner unit/sofa bed with a flat screen TV, the WIFI worked great and my Amazon firestick ran without any problems. The kitchen area is new, modern and has everything you’d need to cook. Large fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also new, modern and well appointed with a great shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a delightful balcony. Plenty of wardrobe space. There’s a balcony at the front off the lounge with traditional French style shutters. Location is great for the tourist area of Perpignan which is lovely. It’s about 12/15 minutes walk from the train station and the Number 6 airport bus stop is about 400 yards away in Placa Catalogne. There’s nothing I didn’t like, I could quite happily live in that apartment.

    Communications with the owner were excellent and he went the extra mile to be helpful. Room was characterful and comfortable. Shower functioned well. Situation of the flat was 6*. If you are arriving on the overnight train, would recommend leaving your luggage at the Paris Barcelone hotel opposite the railway station until the time you can have access to the apartment. Bring shower gel.

    The apartment was fully equipped and very tastefully decorated. The host was really helpful. The situation of the property was excellent, just a short flat walk into the centre where everything was located. We would highly recommend this property.

    Great homely apartment for a short stay in Perpignan. Looked well equipped for longer stays. Tea, coffee and water left for guests which was a welcome touch. Nice balcony for sitting out. Fab location within strolling distant of restaurants and easy walk to Perpignan’s very attractive old town area.

    The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, drip coffee machine (with coffee provided), made our stay easy. The hosts were responsive and helpful. It was well placed for walking into the old city and for walking to the TGV rail station.
