Everything was in good working order. Microwave allowed making food,the kitchen facilities were clean. The mattress was fine,shower had good pressure. All in all a good experience. Good value for money and Beckenham is a lovely location. Close to all shops and restaurants. The WhatsApp with staff for check in went well.

Booked last minute and was able to check in slightly earlier which helped so much. Good transport either way and if you shops round the corner for basics or take away.

Lovely apartament! Very clean, very quiet. Close to the Oval station (3 minutes walk). The bus stop is also close. The host is great. The bed is good. We found pretty nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The apartment was beautiful – clean, stylish, and felt like the kind of place I'd want as my own! The instructions provided made check-in super easy and stress-free. Great location too – peaceful and well connected. Also, I appreciated the quirky decor with the anime figurines, the smart lights to set the mood, the projector, and everything! Sad I didn't book for longer to be honest, but definitely one to book again later in the summer!

It was like a home away from home! Just what I needed. It was a very easy and safe walk to Old Kent Road bus stops which gave me access to lots of direct (and cheap) buses. There were movies available to relax with in my down time, kitchen to cook in, supermarkets close by, (Lidl) was right near the bus stop, there was a lime e bike parking station right near the blocks of units, if you are a Parkrun fanatic - Southwark and Burgess are walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were extremely appreciated. Everything was clean and pleasantly furnished. Lots of space to unpack too. The other residents were barely seen or heard. All the tourist stuff could be accessed in an hour or less of public transport and the occasional Uber didn’t break the bank!! Highly recommend for singles or couples wanting to stay near London without the massive price tag for hotels etc.

    The apartment is in a great location, I really liked the shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is comfortable, cosy and modern. Really nice touch with the toiletries in the bathroom.

    Fabulous location, really nice loft apartment, lovely hosts and a nice little treat on arrival :-). Best of all, we were permitted to bring our dog for a small fee. The wonderful Beckenham Place Park is a stone's throw away, which is great for kids, dogs, runners etc. The property is really convenient for London, with Ravensbourne station just around the corner.
