I had a very pleasant stay at StarNest Shepherd's Bush. From the beginning, the host was extremely welcoming and communicative — always available, kind, and attentive, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I stayed in the Studio King room with a sofa bed. The room is brand new, compact, but very well designed and equipped with everything you might need: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, practical storage, and thoughtful touches that show great care for guests. Although the space is not large, it feels cozy and functional — perfect for a short city break or business trip to London. You can tell the place was set up with attention to detail and comfort in mind. I truly appreciated the host's openness and hospitality. Highly recommend!

1. I had the bigger appartment of 110 meters on two floors with its own entrance. 2. The first floor has two bathrooms (one with tub and other in the room with shower) and two rooms with big beds, the stairs go down and bring you to big living room and big kitchen. 3. Everything in this house is new, all the furniture, blankets, bathrooms, kitchen facilities and utensils, big tv and even the exit to the small garden. 4. Its clean, well kept and spacious 5. The house is very warm, no cold rooms and its pleasant to sleep there. Bed is comfortable. 6. Its isolated well and you dont have the noise and has its own entrance from the main road only 100 m from Clapham Junction station so its very easy to get to the center to Victoria. And you get from Gatwick easily by train. 7. The host is kind and helpful, available for questions and very welcoming. 8. In the area there are nice bars and restaurants, i havent had time to visit it well but i will. 9. Nice to take this house for friends of family. I felt safe and home as a solo traveller (it was big but i liked it a lot). 10. Bathroom is good, shower is hot and nice, just a suggestion for the host to use on wall rechargeable (not single use gel and shampoo for the ecological purposes) 11. Good balance of quality and price.

Excellent location within walking distance of Holland Park tube station. Check-in experience was smooth as we were contacted by the host before our stay and provided with clear instructions on the location of the apartment. My family of four were pleasantly surprised when the host met us at the door to personally show us around the apartment and answered all our queries e.g. how to use the top quality appliances; needless to say, the host continued to be very responsive to our queries throughout our stay. There is also an information booklet with useful inside information about the neighbourhood. The apartment is newly renovated and tastefully furnished; we especially loved the comfortable beds! The amenities and excellent service made this feel like we were staying in a hotel.

This is such a gem, I loved everything about it! The location is perfect (2 minute walk from the tube, M&S, shops and restaurants very close), kitchen and bathroom both very well equipped. The whole apartment was clean and there were lovely tiny touches to make it perfect - such as hot chocolate and lots of books to read. I often stay in London and this is my favourite accommodation so far!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful...or as they say in London - BRILLIANT! Incredible location near KENSINGTON PALACE, very kind staff, and incredible accommodations. Beautifully appointed, spacious, with views of the park, we were thrilled at the apartment. They even left some provisions in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Could not have been happier.

A really nice place to stay both for short and long stays. Unfortunately stayed for just a night but I definitely see myself staying here for much longer in the future. There were so many interesting facilities such as a private cinema which I did not get to try during my stay. The property had a very clean driveway, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Proximity to Sainsbury's and Waitrose was fantastic. Harrods isn't that far away, and Cromwell hospital, a variety of restaurants are a stone through away. Basically, personally this is an ideal property for vacation with family.

The location is right next to Harrods and abundant of nice restaurants. Super convenient for people who love shopping and eating. The apartment is very new, modern, tastefully decorated and sufficiently equipped. Milk, bread, orange juice were provided on the first day we arrive. Detergent, washing liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar are also provided. Very thoughtful. The pictures are true reflection of the real condition. The stuff are all friendly and helpful. Sara especially is super responsive.

    A comfy, clean apartment with spacious kitchen and a balcony located about an hour away from the central London using public transport. The bus stop is a minute walk from the place and gets you easily connected to wherever you need to go. Café and local supermarket are located about 5 minutes walk. Comfortable bed, washer with dryer, and a big TV in the living room. Everything you need for stay!

    The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and provided a very 'homey' feeling. Lina the host was very helpful and provided very clear information in regards to the apartment, car parking, and collecting the key. We very much appreciated that the hosts had prepared a travel cot for our 1 year old child and that they also had a high chair. The location was perfect, just outside central London enough to not be too busy, but also close enough to easily travel into the city.

    The apartment provider messaged me immediately after making the booking explaining the self check-in process and all the information that I needed. They were easy and helpful to get in touch with when I arrived earlier than planned and were very accommodating. The apartment had an information pack available on arrival which was very helpful during the stay. Overall the apartment was spacious and clean in a lovely location.
