I liked everything about my stay here. Comfortable room, great bathroom. Washer/Dryer in the cupboard which was great seeing as I had already been travelling for 10 days. Quiet. Warm. Great location. Would highly recommend.

This was a lovely apartment which was in a perfect location in the city centre, just minutes away from shops, pubs & restaurants. I stayed here with for one night whilst attending a concert in Leeds Arena . This apartment was perfect with everything we needed, well equipped, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The Host provided all the details and was very professional. Would definitely return & would highly recommend. Thank you

Clean, close to city centre, no noise, might benefit of clear directions as the entrance is different from main building entrance. The glass arches above windows in living room and second bedroom need covering for complete privacy. Overall, excellent place to stay in while in leeds.

The pictures are a great representation of the property. It is beautifully laid out, very clean, comfortable, perfect facilities and generally just an all round lovely apartment to stay in. Has a little roof terrace which we didn’t really get chance to enjoy but I bet is a lovely space to have a morning coffee. Host was polite, courteous and willing to help and answer any questions. Provided the facility of a travel cot upon request and even added a little personal touch to that for the comfort of the baby. Parking available right outside and free parking. Communication leading up to the stay was really good and detailed with lots of information being sent across. All in all we would highly recommend this apartment as a lovely place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Brilliant, Newly built, Clean Furnished apartment with top class fittings, our stay was so comfortable and Ms. Lovely was just like her name, absolutely lovely to be in touch with as she guided us thoroughly through our check-in and check-out and made our stay as comfortable as possible! We were a newly wed couple and my wife and I loved the little touch of the swan shaped towels and the non-alcoholic fizzy drinks in the fridge. They even had plates, glasses and all utensils needed for cooking, and a washing machine too which was a life-saver! The view from the window was amazing and qe loved watching the trains operate all day!

Had a warm and welcoming stay at this accommodation! The host was super helpful and communicated effectively and efficiently throughout my stay. The apartment has so much character and makes for a very cosy stay across the road from the Christmas markets. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a Leeds getaway!

    Thought accommodation was going to be a flat but turned out to be a whole house! Bedrooms spacious, clean and comfy. Nice clean bathroom. Living room was nicely decorated with dining table and chairs. Kitchen compact but had all you'd need. Also liked the security gate across the front door. Definitely book again.
