The apartment has everything you need like a fridge, warm water, comfortable bed and a cooking station. The location in Bijilo is perfect. Its very safe and quiet outside, even though its close to the busy areas. Its only 5 minutes walking to turntable from there you can take a car anywhere and its close to the senegambia tourist strip. Ola is a lovely host, she has positive energy and you can ask her for anything that you need.

Everything was amazing. The Dutch lady ( a neighbour) was very welcoming and helpful. All staff was friendly and took good care of us. Our room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. Overall the hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Having stayed at several properties in both Senegal and Gambia for 3 weeks (two which were 'luxury'), I can only say Riyan Apartments was my favorite overall: great quality-price ratio, extremely friendly, flexible and helpful staff and I will surely stay there next time I go to Gambia as well as recommend it to friends and family (I already have!). It had a 'Melrose Place' feel to it, the 90's TV series. The bedroom A/C worked perfectly which was a true lifesaver at night. Thanks so much to Fatima and all the team!
