We had the most fun and amazing stay at Matty's Pub Apartments and would totally recommend staying there. You would never meet a more friendlier bunch of local folk or a more welcoming and laid back host. It was made quite clear from the start that meals were not part of the package but were available if required close by.Matty certainly made our time in Royaloak very special.

We had great stay, nice farm stay, with staple Chiccken, sheep, 5+ horses, friendly dog and a cat Horse Gary was very friendly And next day morning my daughters had Horse riding lessons from Jes Property was surrounded by Farm lands and lovely view of Brandan hill Overall it’s absolutely brilliant stay we would love to go again

An absolutely gorgeous little apartment with everything you need. The decor was beautiful and very well organised to make the most of the space. The bed was a so comfortable with a lovely soft throw for added comfort. There's even a patio with table and chairs for your morning coffee in the sunshine! Our dog loved it too. 🐶We would highly recommend the Cosy Nest! Perfect location in a very nice area of Kilkenny.

    Location was excellent, close to Arboretum, Carlow town, Altamont, with beautiful river walks right outside. There was free on street parking outside and shopping a stones throw away. There's a decent pub across from the apartment, and although it doesn't serve food, the Railway House, about 5 mins away, does excellent meals. Highly recommended.....

    The vacation rental was fine. There was ample parking in front of the house. In the apartment, you will find everything you need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable, and it was also very quiet at night

    Very clean, tidy and fully fitted. Full kitchen unit, plates cup cooking utensils. Full range of linen, towels and wash liquid, cleaners etc Plenty of hot water, everything works as it should Located on the edge of a small town right beside the Barrow Canal and central located between major attractions of Kilkenny, New Ross and a bit further away Waterford. We, Ruth and Jon, would definitely book the apartment again.
