The Snug at the BH exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere instantly relaxing. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect mix of comfort and style. Beautifully appointed flatlet in the heart of the country side. An amazing breakfast with farm fresh eggs and lovely butter. I will be back with hubby when we are looking for houses.

The property itself is really cosy and adorable, and it was sparkling clean on arrival. Everything we needed for cooking and cleaning were there. The bathroom and shower was perfect. The hosts have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived on a very cold night to the property having been heated up and a lovely smell of scent burning - it was exactly what we needed and more :)

Boomerang,I keep coming back to river cottage as it is exactly what I want. Location,peace and tranquillity,warm and tidy off road parking. Host lady is helpful and accommodating. Now i know why this place won awards centre of excellence in every aspect

Excellent communication and directions so easy to find. Beds and all rooms clean and comfortable. 5 mins to Mullingar town for restaurants yet still very quiet. Excellent opportunity to stretch your legs across the road along the tow path / greenway.

Lovely apartment everything brand new, nicely situated on the bank of the canal well kitted out and Paul was a great host. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This was our return visit to Nanny’s and this property is spotless clean. And hats of to it’s housekeeper Ann who keeps in in 5 star condition. Hopefully the 2nd visit of many.

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay in the studio apartment. The apartment was cosy and warm. The bed was comfortable. Owner very welcoming and friendly. chocolates and cereal were left for us. Apartment very secure. Gated entrance into the property. Apartment clean. We definitely would stay again. Thank you 🙂
