Villa Magnolia is a lovely accommodation with beautiful gardens, providing a pool and outside seating. The apartment is in excellent condition, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment remained cool, even on the very hot days. It was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a pharmacy very close to the property and two small, well stocked supermarkets only a five minute walk. Our hosts were lovely and very attentive. They provided transport to and from the train station, which was very much appreciated, and well worth the cost.

This apartment is just a short downhill walk away from beautiful Lenno, all via the Greenway paths. It's quiet at night, super clean with a very comfy bed! Elisa, the host, met us with the keys and gave us a very helpful rundown of the apartment and local recommendations. The secure off-road parking was really helpful and the patio has such a lovely view of the lake too! We couldn't fault our stay here and we will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay in Menaggio! Our host was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even driving us around to different places, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Always attentive and thoughtful, he truly made us feel at home. Thank you for such a memorable experience — we can’t recommend this place enough!

This house completely blown my mind. It’s built in a beautiful historical context, with excellent fornitures, and it’s owned by really nice hosts. If you think this is not enough you are right: i didn’t talk about the natural pool just next to the house, where you can have a bath during summer. This place has just everything one needs to living his best life

    The host Attilio is a kindhearted, friendly and very thoughtful man. He personally welcomed us and made us feel at home. The apartment is exceptional. Very clean, cozy and simply has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Also the place has a terrace with wonderful view. Finally we are also very grateful to have a parking slot reserved for us. I highly recommend this place and praise Attilio’s hospitality.

    Everything: the apartment was very specious with modern furniture and a very big sofa and very comfortable beds. Large windows facing the lake and with a huge terrace! Only a few steps down to the lake and only a few minutes walk to nice restaurants! The best location in Lake Como with a very friendly and helpful host!

    We liked absolutely everything! We arrived very late and despite this we were very warmly welcomed! The apartments are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well maintained, everything is good there! The view from the windows is amazing! There is a good supermarket a couple of kilometers from the house, it is better to get there by car. Menaggio is about 15 minutes by car. I will recommend this place to anyone who goes to relax to Lake Como.
