Friendly owner and we easily arranged our arrival time. The building has a fenced parking lot. The apartment is on the second floor (attic) and there is no elevator. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, clean, and functional. The kitchen is well equipped. In the bathroom, we were welcomed with ready toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed the excellent view of the city of Benevento. Recommended.

Stayed for a week in June, and we had a fabulous time! The pool is stunning, The staff were really helpful and friendly. Self-catering as expected, but everything you need to cook a simple dinner. Very homely and would love to stay again!
