It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach, although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the house. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with modern appliances. Even in mid-September, it was very useful to have air conditioning. Parking was right in front of the house. I especially appreciated the separate lockable garage for my bicycle. Sometimes the neighbors' temperamental phone conversations could be heard clearly, but not disturbingly. I think this is part of the Italian way of life :-)

    The apartment has many great features - and one major drawback. The hosts were extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly. The building is quite impressive, and so is the little park around it (with a waterfall). The beds are great, the bedroom/sittingroom is spacious and well furnished, and has a beautiful view of the sea and the (container) harbor of Genova.
