The Palais Hortenberg exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—10 out of 10. All major attractions are just a short walk away. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The facilities were very comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything a traveler might need for a short stay was provided and more. For longer stays, a few extra kitchen items such as plates, knives, forks, and other utensils would make things even more convenient.

We liked everything! This is a beautiful place in the beautiful city of Bolzano. The graden is awesome! I spent a LOT of time out there. Truly a piece of Paradise! The neighborhood is lovely. Peaceful and very pretty. There were a lot of books in the apartment, which added a nice touch. (albeit in German) We were able to walk to the shopping areas and the park etc. The apartment was spotless. It's also very large and roomy. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The location was fine for us -- we had a car so we were able to get wherever we needed to go. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We had a very lovely stay here. Central location and easy walkable from the wineries and restaurants. The garage for the auto and bikes is in the basement, so very relaxing. Spotlessly clean, silent and full of light with an amazing view all around. We also enjoyed the two equipped terraces for having a romantic sunset light drink. Marion was very accommodating. The apartment is a great spot to stay if you are in Kaltern and want to fully enjoy it.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the city center and offers a beautiful view of the mountains..     Everything was absolutely perfect. A warm welcome, uncomplicated and kind hosts, a beautiful location to relax in a clean and cosy apartment. Felt very at home and didn't want to leave. The Hofladen offers a selection of homemade jams, teas, wines and many other treats at fair prices. A happy place.
