The apartment is in a residential street just outside the main busy tourist area, but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the historical Old Town. Easily close enough to go back for lunch/rest before going out sight-seeing again. The whole apartment is very spacious and renovated to a high quality; the common areas/lift in the building are modern and clean, Well-equipped kitchen and appliances (washing machine very useful for those of us on motorbikes), and supermarkets not far away if you want to cook at home instead of eating out all the time. Parking secure in a garage behind a locked gate. Very good value for money, there are two bedrooms/bathrooms but even as just a couple it is still reasonably priced. For two couples it would be a complete bargain. The owner always responded quickly and politely to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. I'd happily stay there again.

The best place I have stayed in Italy! In the heart of Ferrara, perfectl for sightseeing, yet quiet and comfortable. Beautiful building of the casa Minerbi overlooking the old garden and have the remains of frescoes from the 14th century (I love it!!). I really hope I can come back here someday.

The location is perfect to walk in the city and by the old city walls. We arrived by bike and the staff was very helpful. They even lent me a lock for my bike as I had lost the key to mine. it was 35 degrees and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They gave us plenty of water too.

    It's hard to believe this self-contained studio apartment is so close to the historic centre of Ferrara. The garden looks out onto meadows, with the Certosa church in the background - really idyllic. We had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay and it was good to know Elena was on hand had we needed help.

    This is a wonderful studio apartment with a private terrace in a central location in Ferrara. The exposed brick and beams make it feel like a part of Italian history. The apartment has many facilities: air conditioning, kitchen, small washing machine, clothes drying rack and iron/ironing board. The host, Silvia, is also a very kind person - she picked me up from the train station on the day I arrived and took me to the apartment! I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Ferrara.

    Everything looks just like the photos in Booking. The apartment is stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable for a long or short stay. There are so many amenities like for example coffee machine and coffee capsules that I felt spoiled. The place is just a few minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes from Este Castle and the center of Ferrara. There's also a Conad supermarket nearby. The host is nice and answers back quickly. The check-in process was easy. I highly recommend it.

    This studio apartment has been tastefully refurbished with careful thought. The location is absolutely central but the windows and external blinds effectively block any imposition from the street at night. The well equipped kitchen makes self-catering a practical option. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern but with a slow draining shower. Silvia is a courteous and efficient hostess. An enjoyable 4 night stay.

    Incredible place to stay. We are a bit sad for not being able to stay a little longer here. Everything is sparkling clean, and the flat is so good, you could feel like at home. 2 AC’s in every room. Master bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with a window. A parking garage just 90m from the property. Perfect place for visiting Ferrara and staying in the center of the town. I would book this apartment again.

    Cozy studio, lovely design and decorated, we loved everything about it. Nice wooden touch in the apartment and bathroom aswell, attention to details and usage of every little space, although not big, we found everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. Great coffee, bars and aperitivi just belowz, location in downtown, very close to Duomo and Castello. Highly recommended!

    We are the kind of travellers who walk a lot and travel around and that apartment was better than the photos. In the heart of Ferrara, next to the sightseeings, we had no trouble moving around with the kids and the stroller. Very clean, that is something I am sensitive about. Stayed only for 4 nights, but we will definitely come back! Ferrara was beautiful and My Loft was offering everything we would need as a family for a comfortable holiday without worries!
