Francesca and her husband are great hosts, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is well equipped and was really clean. They gave us all the details about the apartment and what we should know, ensured us to reach out to them with any questions during our stay. The house is located at a great location, peaceful all around, the garden with the trees provide good shades so breakfasts and dinners can be had outside. The place is great for couples or families. For us this would be a place we would love to rent out for longer periods of times as well as it just feels both like home and is equipped with everything one could need.

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful! The view was absolutely stunning, and everything inside was spotless and well-maintained.     Very comfy, clean and cozy apartment. Nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Large, comfortable bed. It's situated in a picturesque town with beautiful views of mountains. It's very atmospheric and free of the tourist crowds. The host is very communicative and helpful. Road to CASA BAT is a bit twisty but is rarely frequented, after the first time it's fun to drive.

    Beautiful views from the house. Modern, clean and cozy apartment equipped with everything needed. Slept very well there and the shower is amazing! Very nice garden to chill and Allessandra was absolutely lovely helping me with everything. The town of Cino is located high up in the hill - needs a car to get up there. I did it twice by bike which is around 350 m of elevation and a nice climb. Ca. 25 min to the lake by car and for some beautiful swimming spots.

    The apartment is very well-equipped, the host is very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips about the neighbourhood, and the "must see" sights near the lake. She is very flexible, and communicative. The room was very tidy, and nice. With a car, it was easy to reach and find, with free parking. One more thing I should mention; the view... it was awesome. There's no doubt we'll visit again in the future!

    Very good location at the Alps. We wanted a place in the small village where we could go hiking and Casa Bat was the best choice for our needs. The weathers were quite cold but the apartment was warm, cosy and tidy after the long day outdoors. There was a well equipped kitchen in the apartment and it was a perfect thing because we made our own dinners. The hostess was really nice and we chatted like old friends 😊🙏🏼
