Absolutely stunning apartment, very high end fittings and looks brand new. The quality of the furnishings are exceptional with no expense spared. The hosts are very helpful and the key hand over was painless. Great parking behind secure electric gates with lift access. A truly exceptional property, probably the best I've used on the booking.com website. Mountain views and very central to Como itself. The apartment is next to The Hilton so it's clearly in a great location. Highly recommended.

Superb excellent location, about 7 minutes from the Como train station and near the ferry station. Host is friendly and easy to be contacted . Property is really clean and new . Below the property there are a super nice restaurant, Oysteria Del Gallo, so when you make the booking with this air b n b, remember to make the reservation from the restaurant too cos they normally take booking only. The Gel lab one minute away is also worth to try, very delicious and cheapest I think .

The host Danilo - absolute gentleman - This man is absolutely pleasure to have known in such a short period of time. The apartment is spacious - up on arise overlooking the mountains and hills - bedrooms spacious - Bathroom clean and tidy - kitchen brand new with great appliances - coffee ☕️ kettle dishwasher oven etc etc Lounge room great size - an outside area too - just too many good things to say 😀

    Very beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. There is a courtyard with a parking space. We would visit again.

    Great apartment. Very tasteful interior. It is very nice that you have a private parking spot. Good communication with the owner about the check in. Ideal when you have a stop-over since it is close to the highway. 10 minute drive to the centre of Como where you can eat and walk around.

    The Residenza is located on a hill, about 3 km from Cernobbio and 8 km from Como. The parking is private and free of charge. We had the standard apartment and it had everything you need, the bed was comfortable.

    Everything. The apartment is super clean, very spacious, with good coffee machine, in mint condition. Parking, location etc... everything perfect. So comfy beds....Owners made it very easy to do the self check-in. Great and well done. Keep it up. Thanks a lot.

    We stayed only one night as a stop for our journey. Access is convenient, with private parking, perhaps a bit difficult to find. Main bed very comfortable. The other was an acceptable sofa bed. Bathroom well cleaned, typical for an apartment, but very good. We did not meet the owner but he always responded promptly to our requests.
