The building, the apartment and the views are exceptional. Not often do we get the opportunity of experiencing staying at on old, historic property that has such an up-to-date internal fitout. The location was fantastic, being only a short stroll to Baveno, its cafes and restaurants, and ferry wharf.

The location was great, close to everything and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We loved having access to a balcony too. It was very easy to communicate with the host to arrange check-in and he continued to support us with advice on local attractions, restaurant recommendations and even a weather update! Fantastic stay at CasaGiaco! The host Deborah is super friendly and thoughtful. The apartment is fully equiped and really had anything you could think of to have a comfortable stay. The location is perfect yet quiet. We would love to come back to this wonderful place.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy apartment! Our vacation left us with great memories, as everything was perfectly organized—there were absolutely no household issues. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest details: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all have everything you might need. Everything is done with love and care, and it truly shows. It’s a very pleasant space to be in. The location is great—just a 15-minute scenic walk to the city beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and if you're in the mood for a livelier atmosphere, Stresa is only a 10-minute drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware. The bed linens were fresh, new, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the stunning balcony view—perfect for relaxing evenings. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness and attention to detail. We also really appreciated the selection of books and games for both adults and children—it made our stay even more special. And we truly enjoyed listening to vinyl records during breakfast—such a charming touch! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

    Ca Luigia is a renovated apartment with a lot of attention to details, here the quality is very very high. The kitchen is very well furnished and beds are very comfortable. Everything is modern and perfect for customers need. The location is in a nice historic walkway to Mergozzo , Montorfano, through the forest along the lake. The contact with the agency was helpful and friendly. The surrounding places could be reached quickly and easily. Very good position in a very beautiful apartment!
