A beautiful apartment in the heart of tranquil Modena. A five minute walk to the famous market; 2 minutes to square with great gelato, restaurants and bars; across the road from branded shopping like H&M, Mango and Benetton. Really well appointed, fantastic shower, great beds, good kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is cappuccino or espresso and a pastry at the bar 50m from the apartment owned by the brother of the owner. Try the fresh orange juice as well - delicious - and great staff. The lift does not go to the street level so need to take luggage up stairs about half a floor to get to the lift.

Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!

This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end. The flat is really nice, ideal for three people. Beds comfortable. Also fully equipped kitchenette if you need to cook anything pls complementary coffee and tea. It is located maybe 5 minutes from the city center, yet still in a quiet area. The hostess was really nice, always asking if we need anything, very kind. The communication with her was also without any problems. wlShe was always very helpful.
