Exceptional accommodation, truly a home away from home! Modern, beautifully decorated, all the creature comforts with a 5 star hotel feel. Plenty of everything, coffee, tea, water, snacks all provided. Very secure and private with lots of windows for natural light & breeze. Hosts were on time to meet us & super friendly. Loved the extra care and attention to detail they have put into this apartment.

There was very quick communication, the apartment was immaculately cleaned, tea and coffee provided with breakfast snacks (so appreciated!), and Emanuele and Sabrina were the most gracious hosts. Each room had doors you could open for breeze and they all had screens, something I have never seen before in Italy and were very much appreciated. It was a straight 15 minute walk to the train and funicular station; the COOP grocery store is 5 minutes in the other direction. The bed and pillows are very typical of Italy, a little harder than Americans are used to but it didn’t affect my sleep at all. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and implements for cooking. There is a high chair and crib for those with babies. Loved it!!!

Our stay at Dimora Pertusa exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful contact. Excellent communication. Super clean space. Beautifully furnished, with a lot of care and detail. This was one of the best places we have stayed on our extended trip around Europe. Everything perfect. Close to Duomo and restaurants. Easy to get to from the railway station using funicular. And very well equipped and quiet. Alessandro was very helpful too.

Appartamento Mia was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Juna met us at the property and showed us around and gave lots of recommendations which is a nice personal touch. The apartment is very central too.

    We have stayed in many apartments over the years but Marianna’s flat (apartment) was by far the most exceptional. High quality throughout. Outstanding cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location, yet very close to the centre of town. Marianna was a delight to deal with both before and during our stay.

    This studio apartment was very clean and they used the space very well. It had Italian charm with beautiful ceilings and floors and some original stone peeking through the walls. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine for clothes. Checking in was easy and fast (you just have to meet the host a few minutes walk away from the property, no problem). The apartment was centrally located with everything close by. There were some street noises but nothing that kept us awake. We would stay again!

    Modern apartment in a good location. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Venetian glass chandeliers no less! Spacious kitchen, with modern equipment, and living room area. Very nice bathroom with modern rainfall shower and hand held shower fitting. Shower gel, shower caps and soap provided. Comfortable double bed and cosy balcony overlooking the piazza. Breakfast provided included milk and bottled water on arrival, with coffee and tea sachets, jams and Italian toast which I believe is called Fette biscottate.

    5 minute walk from the heart of Orvieto. Apartment was small but beautifully laid out, perfect for a short stay with a family. Host gave us lots of information and very precise directions for arriving and parking. Everything worked very smoothly.

    We had a very pleasant stay in this modern apartment. New kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We were met by a very helpful manager in the piazza nearby and shown around. The terrazzo had a separate kitchen to enjoy sublime sunsets. Great views from bedrooms too. Close to historic sites and restaurants and we found grocery store and baker just outside apartment. Highly recommended

    A luxurious and modern apartment with everything you could need, including Netflix! Its right in the centre of Orvieto, about 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. The interior décor and furnishings are beautiful and a lot of care has been taken to make a wonderful place to stay in Orvieto.
