We really enjoyed our time at the Residence, the host is very welcoming and helpful. The surrounding is quite, with a stream nearby and it is very clo se to the city center. Everythin was spotless clean and the swimming pool is amazing with a great view. You can park comfortably at the residence. Very much recommended!

all the pictures are correct, the apartment is very clean, perfectly equipped. Daniela is a wonderful person, open and very kind! we will definitely be back! We had a great time with our two kids. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, which is very convenient.

We were arriving late and Gianpaulo, the owner, asked us to phone him half an hour before we arrived. We did and when we approached Sibenbras in the rain at 10.30pm he was standing outside to welcome us. He's known locally in English as 'seven arms' becuase he's always busy ! In local dialect 'Sibenbras' ! The whole establishment is pristine and very handy for the village. Steps down to the lake side and next door in the multi-story parking is a lift up. Super. We have visited Limone yearly for 25 years and have had excellent accommodation but this time it was all full. It was our good luck that this new Aparthotel was available but it is now our first choice.

An extremely well managed apartment by Dario. The 2 bed apartment we stayed was large, comfortable , clean and quiet. The pool is spotless and the gym has everything - very well equipped. The location was perfect for us - a quick spin in the bike to lake and old town.

We couldn’t recommend Residence Dalco more! We stayed with our 18 month old daughter and all of the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The food was amazing- both the breakfast and the dinner (which we chose to eat instead of other spots in town a few nights). As mentioned it is a decent and steep walk into town but that didn’t bother us (however recommend a car if this will be an issue for you).

Our stay at Casa dei Perotoni was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and equipped with high-quality, modern appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean – truly sparkling! We loved being able to sit in the corridor in front of the apartment – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening chat. The ventilation works perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay even on warmer days. The owner is always in touch and genuinely cares about keeping everything at the highest standard, which made us feel very well looked after. A special mention goes to the owner’s mother – an incredibly kind and welcoming lady who greeted us with warmth and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

    beautiful apartment with perfect equipment in a wonderful quiet location. Excellent arrangement and attitude of the accommodation provider, helped me with everything I needed advice or help with. This was definitely not the last visit and I highly recommend it.

    The apartment is very close to the lake, supermarket, bike rent office, town center, etc. Perfect place for the guys who like hiking, cycling or other activities. The kitchen was quite well equipped. There is a possibility to do barbecue outside.

    All great, the apartment was well equipped with kitchen and bath essentials which was so helpful, even a thermometer was there and we used it when our son got a high temp and we didn’t take ours. Rossella is a great host and took care of every single detail.

    The apartment is clean, spacious and the garden is beautiful. The house is within walking distance to the lake, supermarket, etc. yet at the end of the town, so we enjoyed birds singing every morning. Cecilia is a very friendly and helpful host.
