First we were greeted by a sweetest doctor who was staying there, he looked after us until lovely host handed us the keys. Room and the bathroom were immaculate, you could eat from the floor. Clean beddings, comfy beds, huge TV which was brilliant as we took our memory stick with movies for night time watch with local delicious pizza 😊 Ironing board and iron available, well equipped kitchen with enough food for your breakfast. It is shared but we not fussy. Location could not be any better, everything you need is short walking distance.

Very helpful and amazing hospitality! Both the owner as his mother were very caring people. Our hostess (mother of the owner) had delicious homemade lasagna for us because the stores were closed during Easter. Easter is a huge event in Burgio (and most of Italy) with great traditions and huge fireworks. It was an amazing experience!

Beautifully renovated and styled apartement. We loved the kitchen on the top floor, next to the spacious balcony. Villafrati offered nice neighbours, shops and eating closeby. Perfect for trips to and around Palermo, but also peacefull relaxation whilst 'at home'.

Contact before moving into the apartment was straightforward, even outside the Booking.com messaging system. We communicated via WhatsApp, and it worked perfectly. The host was eager to fulfill every request. I am very grateful that the host put so much effort and work into making the stay comfortable. The breakfast was always prepared with great care. I didn't expect something so delicious and beautifully presented and was overwhelmed by the care the host showed.

A really pleasant stay - edimas family made us feel very welcome and helped us with ideas for food and told us about the festival that was on which was an added bonus. We stayed here doing the Camino magna via francigena and it was in a great location for this. Thank you!
