the whole apartment was wonderfully authentic Italian right in the heart of Rome around the corner from the pantheon! walkable to loads of lovely restaurants and a lovely rooftop terrace too! hosts great very friendly and accommodating! could not fault the place and except value for our February stay!

The staffs are very-very kind and professional. The location is top , which is near by metro and in secure. We had very nice service, even we've checked out the staff proposed us to use the guest room to have a break and drop off luggage before we leave definitively.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and there’s everything you need. Gayan is an excellent host and he helped us with everything. The position is perfect if you are staying for a concert at Stadio Olimpico and the neighborhood is very silent and pleasant.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! We’ve got an upgrade to the top floor apartment for no extra fee which was simply marvelous! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, yet very quiet because the rooms overlook to a courtyard. Our room had a large terrace with dining furniture and sunbeds. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Easy check in and check out. The staff is genuinely kind. There is a snack bar at the lobby where you can have complimentary beverages and snacks 24/7. Hoping to return soon! Definitely recommended!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in La casa di Emi! The apartment is very nice and clean, it is well equipped. We needed an iron and Pietro kindly brought it together with an ironing board! The location is also nice, the metro station is right in front of the house. We really appreciated that the host was waiting for us, although we arrived a bit later than planned. He explained everything and was always in touch if we needed something. We'll definitely stay in this apartment if we go to Rome again.

I booked the apartment for my parents for their vacations in Rome. And the stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has an indoor balcony where you can enjoy coffee every morning. The apartment features a beautiful, modern renovation and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. Right at the entrance to the complex, there is a lovely café where you can have a delicious breakfast. Supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The train and bus stations, as well as a metro station, are nearby. The host is very pleasant and was always available.

    Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station.
