Simple but spacious accomodation on half way to both Passo Tonale and Madonna di Campiglio which makes an easy acces to both ski locations. Very friendly and helpfull owner. Everything was well functioning. Great value for money.

We had an excellent stay in Gaia. It’s a nice hotel for a family in a magnificent Vale de Soil valley. We liked our room and which had all the amanities you would think of ( cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave etc…) even in the double room there was an extra bed with space for a table. Beds are comfy. Our breakfast delicious as well and we got just everything even though we traveled on low season. Last but not least I have to mention the spa It’s really spacious, the water crystal clean very pleasant temperature, dint have issues with chlorine and the views from the outside pool are just anouther level. Ps. All our petite requests were handled greatly, appreciate hope to come back !

The accommodation is in a quiet part of town, yet close to the ski slopes and restaurants, approximately 8 minutes away. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day on the slopes. The views from the appartment were breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place.     Very welcoming and responsive host! I felt care and attention throughout my stay. The apartment is new and clean. Nothing is missing for cooking. Of course, as in all rental apartments, I would be happy if there were basic spices, cooking oil. I bought a kitchen sponge and soap in the bathroom, we tried to keep the kitchen equipment clean with them :) We skied Madonna di Campiglio, taking off from Marilleva 1400 which is only a short drive away, very convenient.

    Apartment booked for one week for ski in near Passo del Tonale. I like location very close to the main road to Tonale. Parking place and ski room very easy accessible. I stayed there with family 2+2 and was enough space to sleep and prepare breakfast and dinner after ski. Equipment was old but mostly in operation and usable. Clean, warm and hot water available all the time. The most I like the host who was always ready to help.

    The location was perfectly convenient for our stay while participating in the Val Di Sole Cyclocross Event. There was free parking out front. The apartment was warm and we enjoyed using the wood stove. The Kitchen was well equipped and we prepared many meals here. The hosts were friendly and welcoming as were the other tenants in the building.
