It is a nice 2 store apartment in a quiet and traditional neighborhood. There was plenty of kitchen and cleaning utensils to use. It really felt like staying in a japanese house, lik from your grandparents or something like that. Not fashionable, but very warm.

Just a 3-minute walk from Namba Subway Station, Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka offers studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi. The Residence features a fitness centre and a sauna.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I actually booked it a bit last minute and ended up re-booking it when we went back to Osaka as we had such a great first experience. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Namba station, making it very easy for day trips (like Koyasan) or for exploring Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Dotonburi or Den Den town, with so many restaurants and animations in the area. The hotel is super clean and very modern. We had a little flat with a separate bedroom and a living room. There was a huge TV screen with netflix etc. The washing/drying machine was very useful! We didn't cook but there was also everything needed in the kitchen area. Reception is open 24/7. There is a gym and a sauna (which we didn't use). Room was quiet and cosy and a great place to come back to after exploring. Really recommend it!

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious room, super clean, close to the subway. They really thought of everything from washing machines to nightlights. The most thoughtful aspect was their instructions on how to operate everything in the room, and it even included pictures. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all.

This apartment looks and sounds excellent in the description, but is even better in reality. We felt this was a home from home, and were sad to leave. The main room of the apartment has been very well planned, so that as well as the two large beds there is also space to sit and eat. The kitchen was equipped well enough to allow us to cook a proper meal, and there was plenty of space to store breakfast foods. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower, and there was a washing machine in the adjoining room. Everything is modern, works and is spotlessly clean. I can recommend this apartment unreservedly.

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this fabulous apartment. It felt like we experienced a bit the Japanese life style . The couple who host are beautiful generous people and the breakfast was delicious. Every day something different. If you want to experience something different than the usual hotel stay here ! Big supermarket and metro station and restaurants 5 min walk . Highly recommend. Also parking included right in front of the apartment a big plus.

Large space that was very clean. Had lovely amenities and the outdoor bath was a fantastic experience. Really easy to find and access.
