It was very spacious, and had all the items one would need. The staff was very professional and helpful. There were clear guides for what to do, and there was also a manual included. The positioning is great, only a short walk from the airport.

The host is really kind, she brought food for us to cook before we checked in. Communication was quick and efficient. It was amazing to have the whole apartment for ourselves (2 floors!) and a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The futons were also really comfortable!

This apartment was amazing! Great atmosphere, clean and comfort, the best thing is the space. Compared to Tokyo hotels; this apartment is wide and has a lot of space, I wish I've stayed more. The shower was amazing!! The bath tub fills automatically and hot water is immediate ! The apartment has a balcony, and this made our stay unique. It's also near to a metro station, 4 minutes walk. There is a 7 eleven right on the corner.

Modern, clean, spacious, well equipped, near metro station. Location is calm, but has everything you could need, near 8 floors shopping mall, restaurants, 24h store, river promenade. The metro station nearby perfectly connected with lines for Kyoto and Nara. Good washing machine with dryer. Staff is friendly.

The hotel was amazing! Kids loved it. The decor was fun... They had their own little pods each to enjoy! The owner was so helpful - helped us with how to transfer our luggage from the nearby 7/11 really simple to do it yourself! She checked in on us to see how we were and brought over some tasty welcome cookies :) The place was big, clean had everything we needed - Big plus was 2 showers and 2 toilets :) Close to station, close to supermarket and in a quiet neighbourhood. All and all we really had a great time!!! A few stops away from Universal and was not to bad coming back after a long day spent there. Was nice to come back to a quiet place to sleep well. Will definitly come back with more friends...
