Great communication from the owner during our visit. Was as accommodating as possible. Good living space. Very good location, especially to Aeon Mall, Kochi Castle, Sunday market, etc Ideal for backpackers as great value for money.

The house is amazing. my wife and I loved the design and the minimalistic yet cozy style. The location is perfect if you have or rented a car since public transportation in the area is limited. There are many incredible rivers, water falls and trails in the area. The house was really comfortable and super clean. We loved our stay in this place. Iya Valley is around 1h30 from the house by car.
