Great location, metro is very close! , you have washing machine there also with washing powder. In bathroom you have shampoo, showergel, condicioner.. :) You will also get towel. The owner is really nice. Definitelly recomend to stay here!

We loved our stay here! The owner is very kind and friendly, there are washing machines and dryers to use for free, and we had instant noodles and green tea writing for us in the room. It's between 8-12 minutes' walk to the nearest stations, so we thought the location was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

AI Annex is a perfect place for tourists. It's only 2min walk from both the Osaka metro and Nankai railway Tengachaya stations. Even you have heavy luggage with you It's not a pain. Two large supermarkets next to the station and many restaurants around the area. AI Annex is large and everything is equipped as shown on the photos. We stayed for 12 nights and we felt comfortable as at home and enjoyed every day. I will definitely book it again for my visit in Osaka again. Highly recommended.

The space was great after staying in hotels all week. It's private, it seemed like there were no neighbour's so it was super quiet. The wet room was spacious. It has a lot of natural light.
