Very modern layout and everything is new and well kept

We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail. All the little extra surprises were great to find. Bed was comfortable and the pool a delight. The owner arranged a great boat trip for us to Ile Aux Cerf and we even hired a car from him for the whole vacation. They made us feel so welcome. He also arranged for us to have an authentic Mauritius dinner. His wife even helped remove sea urchin pieces in my foot. Overall a great stay. Hope to return again soon

The apartment is very nice, well fitted with everything you might need, clean. Location is on the main road and easy to find. But the best thing is the care and kindness Kerstin is putting into making your stay a memorable one. She made reservations for boat trip, restaurants every night we spent there, kindly offered to call the airport for our lost luggage. The only thing I regret is not knowing that her husband is a Romanian foodie - we would have brought him some supplies. So, shoutout to all Romanians going there: bring over some polenta flour / mălai and goat cheese and you will make a guy happy very easily.

Lovely welcome from Sabrina. Very thorough explaining everything we needed to know. The room was absolutely exceptional. The decor was fantastic, clean and modern. We loved the colour! The bathroom was beautiful. We had 2 decking areas one with chairs and one with sun beds.

A Hidden Paradise in Tamarin Falls – Unforgettable Experience! Our stay at this breathtaking spot in Tamarin Falls, Mauritius, was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of nature, the accommodation offered stunning panoramic views of the waterfalls – waking up to the sound of cascading water and birdsong was like living in a dream. The accommodation itself was unique and beautifully designed, blending comfort and natural charm. Every corner reflected thoughtful touches and care. Whether we were relaxing on the terrace, enjoying the view from laying in the bed or the stunning terrace to exploring the nearby trails and waterfalls, every moment felt serene and special. The hosts Prakash and Anuja were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Prakash was able to offer so much advice on great activities to do in and around Mauritius. If you love adventure beyond the beaches, Prakash also owns Green Discovery. He took us for a trek to the falls, he is a very experienced guide and made us feel safe at all times. He also brings along delicious authentic Mauritian treats which his wife Anuja made for our trek. We loved the trek so much, We ended up climbing Le Morne in the South with Prakash, both a must visit! This was truly a unique experience – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by untouched beauty and peaceful energy. If you’re looking to reconnect with nature while enjoying top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. The beaches of Mauritius are beautiful, however visiting inland magical areas like Tamarin falls brings truly brought all the islands elements together. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner and Isabelle were absolutely fantastic and their messages and instructions were crystal clear. Sadly both of our mobiles could not pick up a roaming signal anywhere on the island at anytime Whilst the entrance gate is directly opposite the church the name of the property is not on the gates it is named "Elba" so it was a bit tricky to find and we spent 45 minutes locating it We loved the fact that Port Louis is a proper community with virtually no tourists whatsoever

It is a very good place to stay. We liked it very much and we had a great time here. There are many things to see and Meema is a very good host. She also gives information about many things. The host is also a famous singer. He is called Guruji and he teaches many children about Tabla and music. He himself lives in South Africa, but his house is here. It was very nice to meet everyone and it felt like home. That is why we liked this place very much. We want other people to come and stay here too.

From arrival to stay until departure, all the support and suggestions. I liked everything. It is a place to make your base to explore the eastern part of the island. Andrea is an amazing host, he is super kind and helpful. He will get you the best deals, best suggestions, and best tips to explore the island. The house is super clean, pool is amazing. The area is peaceful. It is a perfect spot to rest, relax, and if you want adventures--just ask Andrea and he will organise it :) I'd love to come back and stay again at his property. It is a nice place for a solo travellers to a family of four to a couple. Just read the past reviews and give it a try, you'll experience it yourself. 100% recommend! Our host Dave was amazing, he helped us through the stay several times, even rented us a nice car, very punctual and helpful. The facility is excellent, there is a gym and a pool for free, very clean with nice views, met all our expectations.
