Lovely place, very comfortable and clean, full of books and handwritten advice about where to go and what to eat while in Dunedin. Never interacted with the host in person, but friendly interactions via message. It felt cozy, homey, and still private. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is just stunningly beautiful and clean. I was very much looking forward to the stay after reading the reviews and seeing the photos. I can say that my expectations were fully met, if not exceeded to an extent. I wish we could have stayed longer. Andrew was super kind and helpful. He responded to my messages within a few minutes and came to our door to help. Highly recommend this accommodation! Beats so many five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before!

Everything.......and the little things! Adele & Grey have such a beautiful property with stunning views that are as good if not better than the photo's. The location is perfect to enjoy both Dunedin 7km away and seeing wild sea lions 7km in the other direction. Close enough to everything too. Careys Bay Historic Pub ( hotel ) is a must for old English pub feel with great staff, food and a stunning view! The outdoor wood fired spa is an awesome touch that the kids and us all loved. Everything was provided and there were some little touches of a beautiful basket of bread, breakfast supplies, condiments, juice...............thanks Adele & Greg for a great place to stay! Special shout out to Cara 🐕 too!

    The nicest studio apartment I've stayed in Dunedin hands down. Clean very modern and comfortable and brilliant proximity to Mercy Hospital. Won't hesitate to book again.

    We originally booked a studio apartment but were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment at no cost, which was great. Our apartment was very well appointed, with a good kitchen-living area, separate bedroom, laundry and bathroom, double-glazed with air conditioning, free parking, and Wi-Fi. These apartments are conveniently located close to several supermarkets and with quick access to the centre of Dunedin.
