The accomodation was perfect. It was in the best possible location, very close to many great restaurants and super close to the central part of Barranco. The flat was very clean and very well equipped. There was also a heating for each room so we were warm during the night. The absolute best thing was that Agosto is an amazing host - he prepared breakfast for us every morning and he was always there for us to help!

Great location, safe building, excellent amenities and very good value for money. Ricardo (the owner) is beyond helpful, kind and organised. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was happy to answer any questions we had about both the property and the city of Lima. It’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars so there are plenty of options and within walking distance to the beachfront.

Nice and helpful staff. The house keeper kept our rooms so clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too as they have traditional peruvian food, and they offer different dishes every morning.

    It was a great location in Milaflores, within walking distance to restaurants, the promenade on the beach, museums, and the Barranco neighborhood. The apartment was modern and clean. We were given another flat as work was being done, but it was fine albeit probably slightly smaller.
