Location is just a few meters away from the Siesta Bus Stop. It has a store in the entrance for quick purchases. The price is really good. Since we only need a place to stay and rest for two days, spending almost 400/head for two nights is really good. We brought our bikes and they allowed us to park it inside. So I recommend it for those bikepackers.

Hosts were easily reachable and very helpful. The house was very close to a lot of food stalls and restaurants as well as SM Shopping Mall. A/C in bedrooms and private parking space which really helped. The house was clean on arrival - locks everywhere so the security in the house is pretty tight.

Our car broke amd we reached the apartment around 10pm. We're allowed late check out as we cjecked in very late, too. Alyssa was so accommodating and helpful. The owner as well. Alyssa even offered to help and bought food for us as it was already late. The subdivision is very safe, the security wouldn't let just anybody in. We walked 200 meters from the apartment to Walter mart where there's fast food, supermarket and everything we needed. The AC rooms uostairs are working well. The first room has 1 queen sized bed and there are 3 queen sized beds in the 2nd room, total 8 pax can sleep or 4 couples. We'll definitely book again given a chance.
