I really enjoyed my stay in MLB Beachfront Apartment. My room was exactly as shown in the booking.com fotos. Clean and the bed was very comfy and it was very, very quiet in the nights. I slept like a baby. But even more than the room with seaview itself, I liked the staff. Super friendly people, I could always sit with and having a chat. Was always fun. I really enjoyed that. These great people from MLB Beachfront are the reason why I travel!!!! Thank you very much for your hospitality and I wish you all a fantastic year 2024. Big hug to all of you ladies, Monday

The location was great by the beach and very central yet very quiet which is good for resting. An open kitchen to make your tea or heat your food. Big spacious rooms and cool traditional design. Water pressure was strong and undeniable views.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautifully designed, castle-like home stay. Victor has maintained brilliant facilities and has created a comfortable accommodation. Luckily, we were able to extend our stay for the Filipino fiesta which Victor included us in with the locals. This was the best experience of our trip, thank you Victor!! Everyone must stay here, it’s a peaceful setting with amenities close by and a really welcoming neighbourhood.

This residence is the best one we had so far! Manfred and Gemma were the best hosts ever! Room is spacious, common areas with kitchen, fridge etc are more than huge and well maintained! Highly appreciated their help with everything! Highly recommend staying here!! If there is a bad review, it’s not right!

We stayed 4 nights at the residence and planning definitely to come again at some point. The residence offered 2 rooms to our time which we rented, so the stay was very familiar. Place: The residence is huge, grass everywhere and covered by palms. Its very nice to relax there. They have in one part chickens & some parrots. Cool pick up service from & to the Harbour. Kitebeach is in walking distance & one of the very nice owners is also a kiter. So join him for a session on the water (I did so) Room: The view out of one the bedroom with balcony directly at the sea was amazing! Only point to optimize is the water pressure since it was very weak. Food: The food is all self made by the owner and her team & is delicious. Hands down - Best price-quality ratio on the island! > This counts for every meal, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. You have to try the „Austrian Kaiserschmarn“ or „Palatschinken“ since the owner lived many years in Austria and brought back this knowledge :) You can visit the restaurant also if you are not sleeping in the residence and enjoy a meal under palms on gras (see one of my pictures)

Perfect room with the perfect location Our stay in Siquijor could not have been any better. The location of the condo is absolute beach front with steps on the property down to the water. The view is magical especially during sunset. The staff is arguably the best I’ve ever had at an accommodation. There is no front office but they are on top of making sure everything is great. The owner is extremely responsive with very quick replies and checks in to make sure everything is going well. They helped us book a motorbike and gave suggestions on things to do and places to go. They really make you feel like VIP here. The room itself is incredible with all the amenities you can ask for. Bed super comfortable, Netflix was a huge plus, and having the water dispenser and fridge were a nice touch, not to mention the personal kitchen outside where we were able to do our own cooking. Highly recommend staying here, would give it 15 stars if I could.
