The apartament was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, with huge terrace offering the views of Śnieżka in one direction, and the town with surrounding hills in the other one. It is located on a hill, 10 min walk from the chairlift to Kopa and the entrance to the green trail. There is a nice restaurant just 2 min walk away. The check-in and check-out were totally unproblematic, I had a good contact with the responsible person. Having an underground parking lot in the same building was a great bonus, too! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Karpacz next time.

Super spacious apartment (kitchen + dining room, living room, bedroom). It was so comfortable to stay in this wonderful place before and after our hike to the Śnieżka summit. Lots of great equipment in the kitchen! Thank you to the owners for all the little details :)

The property itself is clean and well maintained. Everything that I needed was there. The property is in a new residential building, part of which is still in development, but I was here over the weekend and the construction work was on pause. There is a great view on the mountains from the property as it is located on the last floor. Restaurants are pretty close, just 5 minutes by walk. Also, it is 20 minutes by walk to the start point of trails to Sniezhka mountain. Parking garage is available, and it was included in the property price, which is good.

An amazing cosy and stylish apartment with a stunning view and everything you need for a weekend stay. And more. Because they've got a sauna booth in the bedroom, which is a very good idea after a tough hike in the mountains. Another thing: usually short-stay apartments don't have all the utensils you'd need to cook properly, but this one had everything. A huge thanks to the friendly and caring hosts! ♥️

We love absolutely everything in the House. Our Spa house was well equipped & very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean & fresh beds. Beautiful little balcony. The staff is responsive & very professional. Assigned parking etc. Perfect place for family who is looking for a quiet , relaxing spot in Karpacz.

It is crispy clean and cosy with wide open view on Śnieżka. The room was freshly renovated and had everything we needed. The location is great for hikers since it is close to the trails. We definitely recommend and will book again when visiting Karpacz!

    We booked 2 flats with a group of friends. The apartments are spacious, clean, well designed and cared. Inside there is everything needed for the stay, we didn't need to buy anything: sometimes little things are missing like soap, screw bottle, etc. but in this place everything was there. There is the parking space right on front of the building, free of charge for the guests. The staff is helpful. It was everything top.

    Amazing resort, a real paradise for kids, they will never get bored, free animated bus tours daily, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, amazing swimming pools , inflatable jumping toys and daily amusement programs. Great apartments with spacious terraces and beautiful views . Very nice staff, we loved it here and would definitely come back!

    Great, modern apartment; clean and very well equipped. Every morning there was a staff member checking if all is okay :) The owner is very responsive and polite. The place is situated 15min away from the main ski slope Winterpol but there are 2 smaller ones closer to the building. The town centre is about 30-40min away if walked but we preferred where we stayed cause it was definitely less busy than in the centre. I would 100% recommend this place!
