Truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was just like the photos, the rooms might even be bigger than what the photos implied. Very spacious, tastefully decorated, calm, the kitchen has everything needed, clean, great location. Just a friendly note: A few more towels would do no harm :)

The location of the apartment is fantastic! It's in the center of Funchal, close to the beautiful beach, many restaurants, snack bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. Only a few minutes walking to the Aerobus stops as well. The property is really clean and tidy, meets our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the stay. The host Luis is very kind and helpful.

I'm traveling for ages and probably these apartments were the best I've stayed till now. Let's try to list: the balcony with the best ever view (we were sitting at the balcony till falling asleep), the way how was everything organized - everything was made for comfort - wifi, power sockets, bathroom, the small functional table next to the wardrobe, kitchen with all needed dishes etc, The size of the apartments is so precisely right - felt functional and big. The swimming pool was also nice bonus... I can continue and continue. My wife even decided to stay one day in the apartment instead of going with me to Arreiro. The best way to show how did we like it - I and my wife both agreed - these apartments were one of the spotlights for us during our stay in Portugal.

A nice and clean apartment right in the heart of Funchal. It's as comfortable as could be and everything is within the reach of a short walk. It is a somewhat on a side street so it's quiet enough at night. We stayed for ten days, had a mid term cleaning. Host comunicates very well.

My stay at José’s apartment was exceptional in every respect. The entire process went smoothly and without any issues. José greeted me personally at the entrance with a warm smile and the keys in hand, which made me feel immediately welcome. We had been in contact since my departure from the airport, which greatly helped reduce any travel-related stress. José proved to be a highly professional and attentive host — always positive, helpful, and considerate. A small welcome gift awaited me upon arrival, a thoughtful detail that reflects his sense of style and genuine hospitality. Throughout my stay, José checked in occasionally to ensure everything was satisfactory, always in a polite and unobtrusive manner. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The balcony and the stunning view from the living room window made my stay truly memorable. The location is excellent — a shopping center is conveniently located just across the street, offering everything one might need, and a local bus stop right by the entrance provides easy access to the city center. If you are looking for a place where you can truly relax and enjoy a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, this apartment is an outstanding choice. Interacting with José was an absolute pleasure — a host who embodies professionalism and genuine hospitality.
