The owner is lovely, an excellent communicator and speaks and writes in perfect English. She even picked us up at the bus station. That's a first ever for us. The apartment is close to the bus station and steps away from everything. The apartment, appliances, pots, etc were all very very clean, and we have very high standards. It is very bright and airy. The shower was one of the we've ever had anywhere in Europe. Everything was perfect for us. The photographs of the apartment are accurate and maybe don't do it justice. We would highly recommend staying here.

Casa do Alto is a first class accommodation. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided and the standard within the property was faultless. Mario was really helpful and let us leave our luggage there before check-in time 🕰️ until the cleaning was complete. The location is quiet. The house was spotless and we will definitely be back.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! In a perfect location , quiet, private and just one minute from the Roman Bridge. The apartment was so well laid out with everything you could wish for including water, fresh oranges, coffee and much more. Spotlessly clean with super comfy bed and beautiful terrace. Mario was a wonderful host , always available should you have questions and helpful letting me check in a little earlier which was great due to the rain on the day I arrived. I think it looks even nicer than in the pictures and I would gladly stay much longer in this perfect place. Can recommend 100%!!
