Everything was amazing! New room, tea, coffee and bottles of water as a compliment. Capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and washing machine with iron. After three days of staying, the staff came to clean the room and change the towels. I've never seen this before - it's very cool! Those concerned about safety may be reassured by the presence of security on the ground floor. There is underground parking (I didn't use it).

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect. The location couldn't have been better – so convenient and close to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming. She truly made us feel at home. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we've had, and we would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommended! ⛽❤️🇷🇸

The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.
