We stayed here for a stop-over. It was very easy to access from the airport (less than 10-min ride by taxi). The host was very nice, flexible and always available. The room was clean and big enough for us (2 adults and one 5 year old kid). It has enough utensils. A supermarket and a bus stop are located near the apartment.

It is a spacious studio-style apartment, located on the ground floor of a 14-story building, with direct access from the street. The space is modern, clean, and equipped with new furniture and amenities. The bed is very comfortable, the lighting is of high quality, and there is a quiet air conditioning unit that cools the room efficiently. The kitchenette is small but charming—perfectly adequate for preparing breakfast. It includes a fridge, electric kettle, small hot plate for basic cooking, cutlery, and dishes. There's also a washing machine available, which is very useful for guests staying several nights. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and ultra-modern, equipped with all necessary facilities. The towels are soft and pleasantly scented. The wardrobe is very practical, with hangers for clothes. Good Wi-Fi connection. The area is quiet. Free car parking was provided in the host's secure garage, located about 200 meters from the apartment. To reach the accommodation, we communicated with the host via WhatsApp and waited in a nearby parking area. Then he guided us to the garage where we left the car, and afterwards to the apartment for check in. The host is communicative, welcoming, and very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect from start to finish! I can't say anything bad, I felt like home! Beautiful, modern apartment, has absolutely everything, very clean, and a beautiful view from the window! It was so cozy, so comfortable, like in this country and all these friendly people! Everything was amazing, and now I understand why this property has a 9,9 rating! The host is quick to answer, he is flexible with the check-in and check-out (depending on the next day's guest situation). We arrived at 20:30, and he was waiting for us there. He also has a service of picking you up or dropping you off at the airport, for 15e one way. The house is locate around 3km from the airport, and, according to Google Maps, there are busses that can deliver you there (public transport is free in Belgrade). There is a big grocery store Mega Sunce 2min drive from the place. The place is situated in a separate guest house, behind a fence from the road. It is soooo clean! Especially I was surprised with the bathroom - even the shower glass was totally clean! They had a shampoo, a shower gel, and a toothpaste, which is amazing. In the kitchen, they offer complimentary instant coffee and teabags, also some caramel candies. There was water and beer in the fridge (also complimentary I guess?). There is an AC that warms up the room (it was October), and the bed is absolutely amazing!!! It is hard enough, and we both slept very comfortably.
