Amazing accomodations. The same as the pictures shown. Really great value for money. Paola, the host, si wonderful- taking care and doing the best. Residence is very nice, apartment is large, very good equipped kitchen, huge terrace. Close to the beach, and two pools are the best! Breakfast are sweet, bread, buns, jam, chocolate, juice, milk yogurt. Little minimarket is on the main road, also you can buy the a fresh fruit from residents. We spent there 6 nights.

Here's the rev We spent a week in August at Liza's place, and it was absolutely wonderful. After spending 5 weeks on the island, we can confidently say that this is the best option in the south of Zanzibar. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we rented it again for another week after staying in the north. Liza is incredibly attentive, proactive, and very friendly. The house is unbeatable: spacious, clean, and perfectly located just a few steps from Jambiani beach. It's a quiet environment, perfect for a well-deserved vacation. Both the bedroom and the bathroom, as well as the kitchen, are fantastic—we felt right at home with privacy and comfort. The bed is large and comfortable, there’s plenty of space for clothes, and we had a cozy private balcony with a chill area to relax.The bathroom is spacious with great ventilation and plenty of hot water. Laundry machine, a owerful fan and AC its always a must and everything worked perfectly! We are thrilled with our stay! I would 100% recommend it and will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend! Rooms and hotel very cute and well designed. Stefania and her staff are absolutely amazing!! Bondeni beach house is right behind Bahari bungalows (same owner) which has a beach front so during the day you just cross the road and then you’re right on the beach. the breakfast was also delicious (very good passion fruit jam!) and we loved the Bahari restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The apartment is charming and thoughtfully arranged, with a cozy bed , a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious veranda. Everything was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. What makes this place truly special is the location: right on the beach, within a peaceful property that has just two apartments. It’s quiet and you really feel like you’re in your own little corner of paradise. The beach is also ideally situated, there’s a diving center just a few steps to the right and right after that, a good Italian restaurant. To the left, you’ll find a kite center. We even took the chance to do a bit of kitesurfing and enjoy a pizza dinner! A special thanks to Sadick, who took good care of us throughout our stay, always helpful, never intrusive. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were hoping for...and more.

The house was big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped so you can make your own breakfast easily, also lunch and dinner. The neighborhood is quiet, only roosters and chickens from the neighbour plot make some noise in the morning. The area is well guarded. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes.
