I stayed at this wonderful rental apartment for four days during my vacation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and cleanliness of the place. The host has thoughtfully provided complimentary wine, water, seasoning, and toiletries, which added a special touch to my stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. One of the highlights of this rental is its prime location near University City. It’s convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the free street parking was a huge plus, eliminating any hassle of finding a spot for my car. The host was exceptional, responding quickly to any questions I had and being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

The location is great and safe, free parking and nearby lots of main attractions! i recommend looking up a restaurant that is 5 minutes away in Brewery town called “Baby’s” amazing michelin star quality Filipino fusion restaurant! The apartment is cute and the check in and check out process is a breeze 🤗 great value for your dollar!! book this place if its available ❤️ this place is NOT for party people. i was on a trip with my mom so it was perfect but quiet time is after 9pm and even playing music in your room could be disturbing to others in the building, so keep that in mind.

The apartment was clean and nicely situated. Parking was always available on the street, which was very convenient. TV was easy to use and there was even one in each room. Definitely would recommend!!

It is NOT a scam. The booking at Legacy Spring Gardens was fantastic value backed up by good customer service. The taking of a deposit via PayPal was a little unorthodox and unexpected but I can assure you that they are genuine and that my deposit was returned within 24 hours (rather than the maximum 15 days stated in the T&Cs) The property based in the university district clearly has suffered from unwanted student house parties in the past. Hence the strict rules. But for a quiet, clean tourist traveller, business person or student it is actually the perfect tranquil place to stay. 5 stars.
