I did not expect there will be a 24/7 reception - and especially with so kind staff. I really loved staying there! And if you wish, you may get a welcome drink. This is truly marvellous. If I ever need to stay in Hanoi again, I will definetly go here. The location and views are astonishing. And the neighbourhood is extremely calm and inspiring. If you get the chance, you may definetly want to visit the rooftop - it looks very nice.

Wonderful apartments in the best area of Hanoi. I stayed here multiple times (in different apartments), and whenever I go back to Hanoi iRest Orange has always been my top choice. Super reliable wi-fi connection which is highly important for me as a remote worker, comfortable beds, washing machines in every apartment, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Our booking on booking.com did not register with the hotel but the guy at check in was very helpful and got us the room straightaway and honored the rate we booked for. Very professional and helpful. Hotel is very new and clean. Breakfast was good and lounge access for coffee and tea was very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi. The only slight setback is the distance to tourist attractions but we didn't find it a problem.
