The perfect place to wind down and relax in touch with nature. Rooms are clean, spacious and have a great view of the mountains behind and the river in front of the lodge; surroundings are super quiet, especially at night. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and rents bicycles for free, with which you can get to Tam coc, Trang an or anywhere around in less than 10-15 mins. A generous breakfast is included in the stay and the food at the restaurant has never disappointed. Will happily come back here if I'm back in Ninh Binh!!!

I am gonna say that it exceed my expectation. Outside seems like normal home, but the bathroom, the room and all facilities are super clean and fantastic! They also available to rent motorbike with just 120k VND. They also allow us to pay after the check out. Behold yourself with the spectacular just 1 step away from your bed! You're gonna regret to spend to spent only 1 night. We should stay longer.

This place is beautiful, feels so homely, the garden is gorgeous and views around as well. The host family are truly the kindest people and I am so thankful for having met them. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the food was amazing. It was an amazing place to rest and recharge. 1000% recommend, I feel so lucky and grateful to have met this family.

The property is very comfortable and the hosts are helpful, welcoming and friendly. It feels brand new, and the bedroom is large and clean. There is a seperate games room with a billiard table. The meals are delicious - we breakfasted and had dinner there for the three days we stayed. The accommodation and meals were excellent value. We were very pleased we had booked here rather than at the park where the accommodation looked tired. The bikes at the property were perfect for exploring the area and riding the short distance to the national park.

The garden homestay was our favourite place in Vietnam so far. The room was big and clean, facing a beautiful garden. A small kitchen and a washing machine are available to use, which is very useful. It's located close to Van Long reserve which is why we booked it but the thing that really made us fall in love with the place was the hosts. The food they cooked was exquisite, with every meal being completely different, featuring a wide range of local dishes, for far less you would pay at a restaurant. We communicated using Google translate and we had conversations about the local food and nature. They thought us a lot and we had the honour to be guided by our host in a patch of the forest. This homestay was an unforgettable experience and we hope to come back one day.
